A specialist, home-from-home, luxury healthcare provider with a growing portfolio of 6 Nursing Homes are seeking an excellent Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for any committed Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN/RNLD) towork for a specialist nursing care service in Coventry.

This prestigious unit is a dedicated to providing specialist nursing services for those with dementia, acquired brain injuries and complex needs. The service provides a warm and welcoming base for therapeutic activities including on-site entertainment and recreationalfacilities for our inpatients.

- Fantastic salary of £21 p/h (£52,416 based on a 48 hour contract)

**Duties of a Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN/RNLD) in this outstanding care establishment will include**:

- Monitoring quality of care through everyday communication with clients and their families
- Delegating tasks to care staff and ensuring that the highest level of care is provided
- Ensuring that all staff works to meet the fundamental standards of CQC
- Leasing with MDT, monitoring caseload and Audits
