To undertake universal Healthy Child Programme checkpoint reviews, Tier One targeted interventions and public health interventions either 1:1 or groups, delegated by the Specialist Public Health Practitioner. Work as part of the Healthy Families Team to deliver 0-19 the Healthy Child and Public Health Nursing Programme.To support the Specialist Public Health Practitioner in identifying level of need and delivery of targeted Tier One interventions eg. Sleep, behaviour, toilet training, healthy eating, emotional health and wellbeing. Work in partnership with other members of staff and teams, voluntary and statutory organisations in response to service user needs.
