**Careers Adviser**
**£26,928 - £31,928 Dependant On Experience**

Looking to recruit a part-time Level 6, or working towards a Level 6, careers adviser to support assignment for this spring and summer term. The assignment is to cover an Academy Trust across two sites in Redbridge. The total assignment is for 100 days in total however there is flexibility with the number of days you may wish to support e.g. 20,30,40 days as mor than one adviser could support. On-site delivery would be preferable but there may also be option of virtual. The primary duty will be 1-1 careers advice and guidance but the emphasis on duties may vary dependant on the service level agreement agreed with the school.

**Essential**:
You will have:

- Level 6, or working towards Level 6, experienced careers adviser.
- Experience in delivery of careers advice to young people, individually or in groups, ideally in a school setting
- A thorough understanding of the Gatsby Benchmarks and their impact on a school’s career programme
