**Permanent Consultant**

As an experienced permanent recruitment consultant, you will establish and lead a new division for Globe offering permanent workforce solutions to NHS Trusts and Private Hospitals throughout the UK and overseas and deliver on our exciting new business strategy.

**Who you will be working for**

Globe Locums is one of the leading suppliers to the NHS for temporary staff and talent solutions. Established in 2011 by one clinician and one recruiter, the company has achieved rapid growth, approved Framework supplier status with NHS Workforce Alliance and Total Workforce Solutions (TWSII), ISO 9001, ISO 27001 accreditations and successful accolades such as the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100.

**What you will bring**
- Proven experience of securing permanent jobs for healthcare professionals in the NHS or Private Health Care Sector
- Motivation, tenacity and commitment to work hard, smart to achieve targets and deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and influencing skills
- Solutions focus and positivity when faced with rebuttal, rejection or objections
- Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Competent user of IT, including Microsoft outlook, work and excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,021.00-£35,000.00 per year
