99% of our target market place already buy a version of the products we supply.

That is a big pre-commited market place for you to dip into and change their supply stream.

It's a challenging but rewarding role and the rewards start with a generous salary, unlimited commision, short working hours, typically 27.5 hours, targeted earnings of £40k with no upper limit for high acheivers with management ability. With over 100 products in mutiple sizes and quantities there is a lot to learn and we provide training on an ongoing basis, both product and sales, as you advance.

We’re looking for people who can project our busines and its values. You won't be just introducing a new way to get product; you will be enhancing people’s lives and eating habits.

You’ll be able to sell on the door, sell on the phone and you will get a kick from helping people make wiser choices You’ll be the face of Lincs Prime Fresh in and around your area's, generating interest within that area and converting that interest into long term customers.

We have the best products that our existing customers already readily buy repeatedly and your new customers will too.

Your key responsibilities:

- Be the face of Lincs Prime Fresh in your area's
- Generate interest and give information for people to make informed choices.
- Create and exceed your own sales targets
- Maintain excellent standards of customer service
- Deliver on the companies realistic performance expectations
- Complete all ordering and associated clerical duties related to role
- Providing relevant feedback and information about your new customers to allow all the team to operate efficiently in fulfilling your promises.
- Build strong working relationships with management, colleagues and clients

Key requirements:

- 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
- Face to face sales. Experience not essential but the right attitude is.
- Strong communication skills, verbal
- Mature and responsible attitude
- Passion and/or interest in food
- Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently to fulfill your crucial part of the team effort to deliver a great customer experience
- A wish to learn and grow within the role and beyond as and when the opportunity arises
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a very small team

Starting Benefits:

- £19k base salary, pro-rata. £40k OTE + uncapped commission
- 20 paid days holiday plus bank holidays
- Another optional 25 days unpaid holiday
- Enrolment in to pension scheme after qualifying period
- Continuous training and development in house and external after qualifying period with mid-term prospect of senior managment role.
