**Administrator - Rail - Marks Tey**

**What you will be doing**
- Collating induction packs for new clients
- Uploading data into portals
- Chase design approvals with client
- Follow up with site managers to collate all documents required for site packs
- Ensure long lead time materials are ordered and on track for delivery on the preferred deliver date.
- Issue variation letters to the customers.
- Ensure Asset Values are uploaded into the systems.
- Any additional tasks to assist the project

**Who we are looking for**
- Friendly with a proactive approach
- Proficient in the use of Excel (Use of VLOOKUP and similar functions to compare and analyse data in spreadsheets)
- Any previous of experience in the construction industry would be an advantage
