SEN Teaching Assistant

**Location**: Tower Hamlets, North London

**About Us**:
Classroom Support is recruiting on behalf of a coeducational day school in Tower Hamlets that caters to students across all Key Stages with EHC Plans for social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties, as well as additional learning needs including Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties.

**Position**: SEN Teaching Assistant

**Start Date**: Immediate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
- Follow Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Manage challenging behaviour effectively.
- Assist under the direction of the class teacher.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable.
- Holding a Level 3 educational accreditation is preferred.
- Level 2 qualifications, including Team Teach, are beneficial.
