**Hours**: Full time (9-5 / Monday-Friday)

**Salary**: £35-40k depending on experience

**Start Date**: ASAP

We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Leader to join the organisation to support the delivery team at our Telford Site and to embed the core values and ethos of the organisation (Empathy, Purpose, Inclusion, Curiosity, Aspiration, Resilience and Creativity - EPIC-ARC) within the culture of the programme.

We are looking for people who have a natural empathy with an ability to understand other people’s problems, experiences, and circumstances.

We would like this individual to have a depth of experience in understanding what emotional support and guidance people may need and an awareness around the culture of the programme and what state the culture is in.

The Change Leader will need to be able to enable staff members to complete tasks because they want to not because they have to, where ambitious ideas are welcomed and celebrated.

They need to have the foresight to be able to see what might happen due to experience and an ability to understand environments.

This role is to be viewed as a stewardship to help prepare the organisation for growth.

The development of people within the teams is at the heart of the role.

Essential Competencies
- A depth of experience in leading on the development of culture within teams within the charity, education, or public sector.
- Has a depth of experience in developing people and teams through mentoring and coaching, rather than management.
- An individual who is aspirational, but whose core aim is to serve others above their own interests.
- A genuine belief in the servant leadership model.
- A close alignment to the 11 Characteristics of the servant leader (Greenleaf 1974).
- Experience and knowledge around gathering meaningful data and being able to analyse data with strategic oversight.
- A depth of knowledge around working with vulnerable young people or adults.
- A depth of knowledge around leading on the safeguarding of vulnerable young people and adults.
- Must be able to drive and have the necessary business insurance.
- Someone who fundamentally believes in our methodology of outward behaviour equals inward turmoil and approach these situations with empathy.

- Staff development - including monthly supervision and annual appraisals
- Staff motivation/ wellbeing and culture
- Local communication internally and externally
- Staff wellbeing

**Influencing and carrying tasks or duties within the**:

- Health and Safety strategy
- Training strategy
- Wellbeing strategy
- Safeguarding policy and procedures
- Workplace investigations
- All other policies and procedures
