An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled, motivated individual to join our arable team. A R Craven Farms Ltd is looking for full time operative to perform spraying, drilling and other general farm duties.

A R Craven Farms Ltd is a family run business based just north of Boston, farming around 3000 acres within a 10 mile radius of the main farm. Operating modern agricultural machinery growing a range of cereal crops and sugar beet.

The main roles of the applicant will be:

- Operating a brand new Horsch Leeb 5LT and John Deere 6185R using Greenstar, spraying a range of Herbicides, Fungicides and liquid fertiliser.
- Operating a Vaderstad Rapid drilling all Cereal crops.
- Operating a Vaderstad Tempo planting Sugar Beet in the spring.

Other roles will include ploughing, cultivations and general farm duties.
- Work as part of a team and be able to work on your own initiative.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and willing to take on responsibility
- Understand advanced farming methods and machinery
- Work in a professional, flexible and pro-active manner

**Qualifications**:
PA1 and PA2 (spraying experience would be preferable but not necessary)

Telehandler certificate

Knowledge of GPS equipment

HGV Class 1 (not necessary but could be useful)

Other training will be available if required.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
