**What You’ll Be Doing/ What we are looking for**

When working as a **Lead Technical Artist**there will be multiple lines of work and qualities, we are looking for inducing:

- Leading and managing other artists to deliver projects in a timely and professional manner
- Support the team in delivering new visuals
- Maintain a close and professional working relationship with the management team, producers, leads, directors, and other teams to raise project quality
- Mentor and assist colleagues
- Track and maintain schedules

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Several year's experience in managing art pipelines
- 2 years in a senior or lead artist position (Ideally)
- 3 years minimum experience in working with 3D packages as well as 2D authorising software
- Passion about the gaming industry
- The ability to successfully work in a team
- Excellent communication and an eye for detail
