An exciting opportunity has become available as a clinical sister working in the frailty ward. We are a 32 bedded ward caring for patients who are suffering acute illness. The ward is part of the trust's frailty pathway dealing with the acute episodes of illness from admission. We are an evolving service and require a motivated individual to join the ward leadership team.
The postholder will join the unit as we move to join our front of house and back of house services, it is an exciting opportunity to develop leadership and management experience in this field of nursing.
As a clinical sister you will be supervising, mentoring and managing staff alongside expanding your own knowledge of quality assurance, audit and patient experience.
