**Advanced Design Technology (ADT) is a global leader in the development of advanced software for design, analysis and optimization of turbomachinery components. **Role & Responsibilities**

As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our digital marketing specialist in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.

This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing channels. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns to track the growth and success rates of campaigns.
- Review performance data to propose new content and changes to existing content.
- Manage and grow our social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube), including content creation, scheduling, and analysis.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Assist with editing videos for social and website.
- Perform market analysis and research on competition.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and channels.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to improve marketing efforts.
- Assist with other marketing activities and tasks as needed.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

**Qualifications & Expertise**
- BS in Marketing or similar relevant field.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Design and video skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- In depth understanding of different marketing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and design / video software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects )
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.

- HTML code exposure

This is a paid internship for a duration of 6 months.

The position is based in Central London, UK, mainly working in the office. International applicants are welcome to apply, but you must be allowed to work in the UK.
