Our client are a family run business in Liverpool. Their vision is to become the leading North West service provider within all of their sectors.

Due to a high increase of work, they are currently looking for Jointing Supervisors to join the team.

**Outline**
- Be proactive in delivering site progress
- Put forward suggestions for improvement of any processes
- Frequent communication with project stakeholders
- Ensure site operatives adhere to health and safety regulations
- Ownership and accountability for planning manpower efficiently and effectively
- Lead by example conducting all business interactions in alignment with Company processes
- Monitor site to ensure efficiency and productivity on projects within agreed timescales.
- Manage Operatives and Subcontractors, carrying out Quality of Works (QoW) & H&S Audits
- Ensure site installations are carried out to standard expected by Client/relevant regulations
- Liaise with key stakeholders, personnel and local authorities; attend all relevant meetings
- Survey and feedback to management on a weekly basis
- Attend weekly/monthly progress meetings with Project Manager where required
- Assist Project Manager on achieving KPIs
- Assist in cost control initiatives within the department
- Highlight any variations required on projects to the client
- Identify material requirements for projects and business activities
- Ensure when onsite the completion of Operatives’ Daily Risk Assessment
- Manage teams daily outputs
- Capture and submit all required data management (i.e as laid)

Previously jointing experience or knowledge highly desired.
