ERP Trainer

**ERP Trainer (Oracle)**

Due to large demand and growth within the organisation, we are looking to expand our team with dynamic, hardworking and customer focused training professionals.

We are looking for experienced ERP Trainers ideally specialising in Oracle, will be open to speak with trainers from a SAP, WORKDAY, DYNAMICS, NETSUITE etc training background.

**Ideal background**

You will preferably come from a Learning & Development background with experience in IT systems training, either from a developmental or delivery perspective. You will have an eye for detail and be well structured and disciplined in your approach. You willbe able to work on your own as well as part of a small, experienced team and be able to leverage the experience of others.

You will have experience in analysing training needs and performing training needs analysis. Then developing the training materials to support the TNA and the user needs, following this you will be experienced in delivering inclusive, interactive and motivationaltraining sessions virtually and in-person.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing well thought out and structured TNA (Training Needs Analysis)
- Developing Training Strategies & Plans
- Developing Training Materials (Presentations, Workbooks, QRG’s (Quick Reference Guides, Job Aids, Handouts, Manuals, etc..)
- Delivery of virtual and classroom training to a variety of skills / personalities and seniorities.
- Collaborating with Fudge Training Team and Training Manager to form a well-structured team.
- Communicate to the customer and internal team’s issues or concerns.
- Deliver interactive and effective training to a mixture of users and seniority.
- Create Training Videos and Simulations for learning consumption and marketing purposes.
