We are looking for a reliable Painter & Decorator to start work ASAP at our properties, in and around the Southport area, alongside our existing building/maintenance team. Must have a valid driving licence and the use of a company van is available if necessary. Additional maintenance and labouring work may be required as directed by manager. Please submit a CV.

Hours Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30 pm. Salary from £11.62 per hour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
