- HR0142132An exciting opportunity has arisen at the University of Bradford to join our dynamic and skilled team of MyBradford Advisors - Student Support Service. You will be provided with a uniform to complete the professional look which all advisors will be expected to wear.

You must have experience of being able to deliver customer service of a high level using different modes of communication for example, face to face, telephone and written. You will have a passion to work with students and staff to achieve the best outcome for them and us.

The role will include the following key main tasks:

- To play a key role in the delivery of an exceptional student experience by providing high quality, professional, front of house customer services to students, visitors, staff and other university departments
- To act as the first line for a range of general enquiries relating to the broad range of student, academic administration, and student service activities
- Be responsible for the day to day ownership of enquiries and provide information and advice to the customer
- To facilitate student access to specialist student service teams, undertaking first line triage, signposting, and referral to ensure students access appropriate services to meet their needs

This is a busy environment and at times it can feel pressurised. Having said that it is very satisfying to know you provide support and advice to our students and staff to help resolve their query to a satisfactory means.

This is a full time-permanent contract, not suitable for job share.
