**What will I be doing as a Telephonist/Operator?**
- Planning and despatching taxi bookings in a timely manner
- Communicating with taxi drivers via phone and the company despatch system

**Successful applicants will**:

- Have previous customer service experience, ideally telephone based
- Have strong communication skills
- Be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Office 365 and Word
- Have a basic knowledge of the areas of Leeds
- Hold the ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Be available to cover overtime when called upon given a reasonable notice

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From £14,000.00 per year
