**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform finishing tasks on plastic components using precision tools such as trimming knives and flamers to achieve superior part quality.
- Operate various machinery including blow moulding machines
- Utilise specialised finishing, testing, and assembly equipment designed for optimal production outcomes.
- Assemble various component parts, including labels and foam, to complete the final product.
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of each part as it exits the machine, ensuring adherence to customer requirements.
- Pack finished parts and organise pallets for efficient handling and shipping.
- Monitor and adjust machine inputs, including materials and temperatures, to maintain consistent and high-quality production.
- Make minor adjustments to blow moulding machines to ensure smooth and reject-free production.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify even the smallest imperfections.
- Reliability in terms of punctuality, attendance, and consistent timekeeping.
- Production experience.
- Genuine interest in the role and a commitment to contributing to a positive team environment.
- Keen to progress within the company.
