**Brief Description of the Role**:
It is anticipated that the post holder will hold the following qualifications and skills:

- Experience of mechanical or electrical operations and maintenance of buildings, engineering plant, services and equipment.
- Willing to undertake training to fulfil the requirements of the post.
- Good communication, computer (MS office) and customer care skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative

This post may be suitable for a trainee.
