**We are very excited to have a fantastic new opportunity for a Qualitative Research Executive to join our growing Qual team, working on a variety of clients from world-famous names to challenger brands.**

Whether you're already working in market research, or looking to move into it, the main thing for us is you have an interest in understanding more about how and why people behave like they do.

You’ll get lots of variety across methodologies, using creative and exciting tools to really go the extra mile for our clients. We have a very strong team ethos so you will be supported as well as given lots of opportunity to grow.

Ideally, you’ll have some experience working in Market Research in a commercial or not-for-profit sector and an interest across a wide range of areas and clients.

**We offer Hybrid working, which for us is a blend of working remotely and in the Winchester or London office as necessary. It’s all about choosing the best place to be for you, your team, and the business on any given working day.**

**Specifically, you will**:

- Support the successful delivery of projects to a high standard, effectively and efficiently
- Work directly with senior members of the team on fast paced, varied projects from start to finish
- Assist in scoping project plans and design and prepare research materials
- Assist in preparation of results and working with the team to present findings to clients
- Gain experience across Qualitative methodologies, both online and face-to-face

**Requirements**:

- Ideally you will have proven experience of a similar Research Exec role, (Agency or client-side) working on Qualitative projects. We’re also happy to hear from people in careers with transferable skills
- A strong work ethic and ability to work to deadlines, with great attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to condense findings
- Able to work to deadlines with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for understanding people and why they do things
- A creative spark and a real desire to make data tell a story
- Flexible, with the ability to work autonomously as well as with different teams
- Experienced in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
