**Job Description** Purpose**

To be responsible for administration duties in order to close due to expire NOI’s with Openreach across opportunities nationwide on behalf of our clients and assist in the day to day maintenance of the NOI journey and eventually learn how to place orders with Openreach for Network Adjustments. Updating Openreach Systems. Accessing PIA Criteria Portal with requests for areas of work. Tracking & reporting the progression of orders.

To assist in the completion of Build Completion Packs to be returned to the client once a build is complete. Collect all photo evidence through subcontractors and complete weekly progress meetings.

To provide support to the PIA Manager, GBC project team and subcontractors.

Complete weekly whereabouts to Openreach to verify where we will be working the week ahead, and amend any where needed through daily updates from subcontractors.
- Co-ordinate all tasks in regards to PIA and NOI’s. Close NOI’s where needed gathering all evidence in a timely manner in order to adhere to SLA’s,
- Produce reports on all tasks when required
- Assign updates to GBC & Subcontractors where needed and may effect build.
- Complete Build Completion Packs and whereabouts within set SLA's.
- Work with the Project Team to ensure the works are completed within the set time frames, all the relevant paperwork/photos are received from site.
- Submitting daily and weekly whereabouts to the Client and the Openreach portal.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external enquiries from both the Subcontractors and the Project Team
- General support administration as requested.
- Working with the Senior delivery managers and Fibre operations manager to ensure we can deliver to the clients expectations
- Progress meetings
- Any other duties as assigned
