**Your Role**

Reporting to our Restaurant Manager, our Baristas will play a crucial role in ensuring high quality, quick service throughout the restaurant. They have a true passion for hospitality and food & beverage service as their prime focus is on the guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To provide high quality, on trend hot beverages in a timely fashion.
- Ensure daily upkeep and cleanliness of the bar and coffee machine is maintained.
- Ensure the guest has the best possible experience, enthusing your team to prevail.
- Support staff training, development, and motivation.
- Following systems to uphold presentation and general upkeep of the department.
- Ensure the team and their knowledge is current and correct, installing confidence in theirs and your delivery.
- Ensure department requisitions are prompt and meets business requirements.
- Maintain company representation, ensuring you and your team always look impeccable.
- Ensure The Newt’s style of service and ethos is always upheld.

- Previous strong barista experience
- Willingness to develop, grown and keep up with the demands of our developing business
- Confident in service and feels comfortable leading
- Great attention to detail
- Great time management and self-motivated
- Passion for food, beverage, and luxury hospitality
- Basic computer skills
