QA Officer

**Part time Quality Assurance Officer**

**Location: Salford Quays - onsite parking**

Are you a driven individual with a passion for ensuring compliance and delivering quality work? We are looking for a QA Officer to join our client's team.

**This is a part-time role with a salary of £26,000 pro-rata for the three days a week.**

As a QA Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with FCA and other regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for completing call and correspondence audits across the business and providing feedback to staff when completing audits. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and mitigate risks affecting the business and recommend actions to develop compliant procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete call and correspondence audits across the business to ensure compliance with FCA and other regulatory requirements
- Escalate issues when necessary using the correct communication style
- Provide feedback to staff when completing audits
- Lead on call calibration sessions to ensure consistency and to improve staff understanding
- Provide support to departmental managers
- Identify and mitigate risks affecting the business and recommend actions to develop compliant procedures
- 1 year experience in a QA role.
- Previous experience in completing call and correspondence audits
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- The ability to provide constructive feedback to staff
- Experience in identifying and mitigating risks affecting the business
