**Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm**

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Logistics Administrator to join a well-established, family run, global liquid logistics company to support their current operations team. This expanding business presents opportunities to progress, develop andlearn within their culture driven team.

- Experience within a Multi-Model or Logistics Operation is Essential
- Intermediate or advanced Excel and Microsoft skills is essential
- Previous experience within an administrator position within a shipping, logistics or freight business is desirable
- Must be ambitious, outstanding work ethic and a desire to progress
- Responsive attitude and engaging, able to build relationships across a wide range of roles and team
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workloads
- Confident in decision making
- Must be able to work within a forward-thinking team
- Tenacity to get the job done and determined to succeed

**Duties and Responsibilities;**
- Updating rates, costs and pricings, data entry across a multi-model logistics operation to inhouse systems
- Supporting the Operations Department with all admin requirements
- Using Excel daily to update reports
- Entering Logistics rates into the system
- Build relationships with other departments within the company to ensure the efficient flow of data and information, in order to complete own tasks.
- Constantly assessing processes within the department and suggesting improvements
- Collating management information
- Contributing to a continuous improvement culture
