**Maintenance Operative**

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Operative to join our repairs and maintenance division.

We provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm’s Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations.

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative to join our rapidly expanding team to work within a busy environment. You will be working on individual jobs, going from job to job to ensure our clients receive high levels of service and satisfaction.

**What you need to have and what will be required from you**:

- Must have background in vinyl floor laying.
- General wall tiling, joinery, basic plumbing.
- Experience of working within Building Construction and Maintenance Industry.
- Experience in assisting operatives on two-man jobs with the responsibility for waste management.
- The ability to demonstrate a throughout knowledge of skills, technology and safety procedures for ongoing tasks.
- Be able to understand and interpret work instructions and drawings.
- Be able work under instructions of your team leader
- Remove debris from site, buildings and/or properties and garden areas
- Collect and deliver materials
- Maintain a clean and safe environment ready for next step of process.
