Customer Service Administrator

Due to continuous expansion, we urgently require an Customer Service Administrator to work on a full-time basis at European Braking Systems Ltd. This is an ideal role for anyone with previous admin experience looking to work at a thriving company.
**Duties will include**:
- Investigating, logging / processing data
- Sending monthly reports to customers
- Assisting with credit control
- Communicating with customers to obtain details on payment dates
- Liaising with other departments
- Communicating with TNT to investigate missing / late consignments
- Raising credits for returned goods
- Monitoring the company credit report on a daily basis
- Chasing warranties, if required
- Liaising with the sales team when required
- Communicating and escalating any issues
- Maintaining high levels of Health and Safety standards
- Performing any reasonable request from Management
