**The de Novo Degree Apprenticeship opportunity**

We are delighted to be offering Degree Apprenticeships in partnership with the University of South Wales and the Welsh Government. The scheme involves apprentices splitting their time between University study and the workplace and enables students to have real workplace experience and earn a salary, whilst simultaneously gaining a full bachelor’s degree.

We currently have openings in the following career paths: Javascript, Reporting, Support Desk, ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).

**What are we offering?**
- Attractive Base Salary of £18,000 rising to £21,000 in Y2, £24,000 in Y3 and £30,000 in Y4
- Bonus Scheme additional 10% based upon personal and company performance
- 25 days annual leave a year
- Pension 3% contribution

**Where you’ll be based**
Our apprenticeship roles are based in Langstone, South Wales.

**What you’ll need**
- 5 GCSEs A*-C (4-9) including Mathematics and English
- PLUS one of the following:3 A*-C at A-Level
- BTEC Extended Diploma Distinction Merit Merit - Merit Merit Pass
- Pass the Advanced Welsh Baccalaureate Diploma with Grade C/D in the Skills
- Challenge Certificate and BC - CD at A Level (equivalent to 104-80 UCAS tariff points).
