**About the role**:
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Conducting routine maintenance checks on properties to identify and address any issues promptly.
- Performing repairs and troubleshooting tasks related to plumbing, electrical systems, painting, decorating, joinery, plastering, tiling etc...
- Painting and decorating interior and exterior surfaces to a high level.
- Operating and maintaining tools safely and responsibly.
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.
- Collaborating with other members of the maintenance team and external contractors as needed to complete larger projects or specialized tasks.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in general maintenance work, preferably in a facilities management or general property maintenance environment.
- Proficiency in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel to different properties as required.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in maintenance-related disciplines would be advantageous.
- Discretion and Integrity: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

**Must Haves**

Full UK driving licence

CSCS Card

Own vehicle - Van or similar

Basic tools (inspection of tools on interview)

(DBS check will be carried out by the company)

**How to apply**:

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
