An exciting opportunity has become available for a Clinical Recruiter to join our Real Good team on a permanent basis.

As a business we are committed to ensuring a high level of patient care and recruiting like-minded clinicians is key to our success.

As a recruiter with RGDC, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. You will be supported to develop your existing skills and experience through ongoing training and staff development in order for you to achieve your full potential within this role.

There are opportunities for career progression within RGDC and this is a rewarding role. In return you will receive a competitive salary and bonus structure with staff benefits.

This role would be perfect for someone who has a passion for delivering excellent customer service, exceptional communication, problem-solving skills and enjoys working as part of a team.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
