This apprenticeship is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in various aspects of IT support and infrastructure management. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, gain industry-recognised certifications, and contribute to real-world projects.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
**A Typical Day in the Job**:
- Monitoring and managing the unassigned workload with the Service Desk
- Providing exceptional customer service and managing customer experience throughout incident and request lifecycle.
- Prioritising, progressing, and monitoring IT incidents and requests to ensure they are resolved within the agreed timescales.
- Working on specific IT projects for customers as directed by the Management team. EG assisting with customer projects, Involvement in larger projects,
- Maintaining and updating the Service Desk knowledgebase
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

- Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:
- Basic understanding of IT Services with a desire to learn
- Ability to form good working relationships with others
- Attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation
- Methodical and thorough approach to work, remaining calm under pressure.
- Good face-to-face, telephone and written communication skills
- Shows initiative and a desire to grow
- Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and English or Level 2 Functional Skills
