**Position**: Cleaning Sales Representative
**Hours**: 35 hours per week
**Schedule**: Half-day Fridays
**Location**: Flexible (Hybrid - Work from home options available after training)
**Compensation**: Strong Commission Structure + Paid Mileage

**Role Overview**: As a **Cleaning Sales Representative** for AMS Cleaning, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. This end-to-end sales role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. You will be engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our cleaning services as the ideal solution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various methods including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their cleaning needs and present tailored solutions.
- Drive to client locations for meetings and site assessments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize earnings through our strong commission structure.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on our services and sales techniques.
- Follow a sales quota and work towards specific targets once trained.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings with the manager to review progress, discuss strategies, and plan for future sales activities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the cleaning or services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable with driving to various client locations (paid mileage).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
