We are a modern, family owned Garden Centre, hardware, DIY and pet supplies retailer within a lovely setting in the village of Flookburgh. Our recently relocated business has gone from strength to strength and we are looking to continue to increase our cafe opportunities and growth.

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
- Work with kitchen staff on food preparation
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with ordering as needed
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Collaborate with management to create new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

**Skills**

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

- A good knowledge of cafe and hospitality industry practices
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Barista and front of house experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious dishes

**Salary**

Dependant on age, experience and working pattern

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £15,000.00-£26,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 42.5 per week
