**The Role**

You will be working in the Operations and Maintenance team responsible for providing critical administrative assistance, ensuring that stock and audit-related activities are coordinated and controlled.

Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Producing service orders, planning jobs, and examining closed service orders
- Preparing quotations
- Raising and tracking purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers
- Building positive relationships with clients
- Maintaining spreadsheets and running reports
- Ensuring proof of delivery records are accurate and up-to-date
- Overseeing the stock take portfolio
- Owning and improving the clients reporting system
- Controlling costs within budgetary limits
- Communicating with stakeholders to identify the forecasted requirements
- Updating business systems with precise stock figures and exploring inconsistencies
- Managing the central storage facility

**About you**

Ideally, you will have previous experience working in an inventory management role within a similar industry, with the ability to quickly learn and talk about the materials that the organisations clients work with. You will have fantastic IT skills using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat as well as being a confident communicator.

This role will require weekend cover once a month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
