- **PRIVATE CLIENTS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - (PRIVATE CLIENTS/HIGH NET WORTH INSURANCE) - FAREHAM. £45 - £55K + PERFORMANCE BONUS + BENEFITS**:
- Cowell Recruitment_are delighted to be assisting our client in their search for a _**_Private Clients Insurance Account Executive_**_to join a successful insurance broker based in _**_Fareham._**

**_What we are looking for:_**
- **_Previous experience in Private Clients (HNW) High Net Worth insurance market (Essential)_**:

- _Experience in building and maintaining successful business relationships with _High Net Worth (HNW) Individuals._
- _Previous experience in arranging portfolio policies that often include several high value properties, cars, fine wine, fine art and High-end boats together on one policy._
- _Proactively generate new business to compliment the business plans of the business._
- **_Well versed in engaging with High Net Worth (HNW) individuals, generating income and working towards KPI and Business Targets._**:

- _Strong communication and interpersonal skills_
- _Solid academic achievement ideally CII CERT qualified (Desirable not essential)_
- _Pro-active, adaptable and resilient, eager to write business_
- _Adaptable to change/ flexible to changing market and business requirements_
- _Can work on your own, as well as part of a team_
- _Experienced in Account handling of existing book of business as well as new business_
- _Fact finding, finding solutions for your customers_
- _Professional, building a pipeline of business whilst nurturing existing business._
- _Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity and commitment_
- _Experienced in speaking to Directors and decision makers in a business_
- _Resilient, Self-confident, Proactive and forward thinking_
- _Wanting to grow and develop in a business, and build a career._
- _Main duties (but not limited to)_
- _To offer a complete _High Net Worth insurance service_to both new and existing customers_
- **_Managing client HNW portfolio insurances including_dealing with Personal Lines, Classic Car, Performance vehicles, Let, Overseas properties, holiday homes, Mid-Net Worth and High Net Worth business._**:

- _Sourcing_, developing and managing _and growing book of business through up-selling and "rounding out" accounts from personal lines and commercial sectors_
- _Manage your own dairy and keep updated_
- _Developing Marketing Campaigns to drive business in line with business plan._
- _Fact-finding, generating quotations, mid-term adjustments, issuance and renewals on _High Net Worth insurance_and _Personal Lines policies._
- _Liaising and negotiating with Underwriters in respect of premiums and terms_
- _Providing assistance with Claims issues where appropriate_
- _Arranging security and appraisal visits with insurers_
- _Account handling and collection of monies from clients_
- _Maintain compliance in accordance with business requirements and FCA regulations_
- _Build and maintain good relationships with customers_
- _Ensuring policy documentation is correct, ensuring any queries are raised and amended accordingly._
- _Scope out and develop the Private Clients (High Net worth) clients and cross selling from other areas of the business as well as seeking new business._
- _Working knowledge of insurance systems Open GI, Acturis, SSP and EDI transactions (Desirable)_
- _Any other business required by business_
