**Role **Objective**

Working with the Invention team, and in collaboration with our media partners, you’ll be responsible for developing brand content and entertainment (short and long form), from idea through to delivery. This content will live across multiple channels and formats including TV, online, social, experiential and immersive.

Invention is the creative and partnerships department at Mindshare UK. Our work is diverse and challenging, and we are proud to have won numerous awards for our innovative campaigns.

We work on a wide variety of projects from TV sponsorships to virtual reality experiences, influencer collaborations to experiential activations, branded content to OOH, and everything in between.

**About the role**

**Specifically, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Idea generation. This could be in collaboration with the ECD, the partnership team, our media partners or, occasionally, working independently.
- Developing your ideas and creating compelling presentations that bring them to life.
- Identifying when design, copy, or creative technology support is needed, briefing and reviewing their work.
- Presenting your work to clients.
- Supporting the team with production and/or media partner selection and briefing.
- Creative direction throughout project - reviewing partner work, giving feedback, attending shoots and edits, status meetings and client presentations.
- Contributing to case study films and award entries.

**About you**
- You’re a senior-level creative with a deep understanding of branded content and entertainment, who has a proven track record of bringing brilliant ideas to life across multiple formats.
- Your experience might come from social, creative or media agency, or you might have a media owner background, but you have a strong understanding of the UK media landscape, and the roles that different media partners play in culture.
- You’re an excellent storyteller who knows how to bring those stories to life in compelling and innovative ways.
- You love collaborating with your colleagues, clients and other partners.
- You are a confident and persuasive presenter.
- You have a passion and curiosity for innovation/technology and know how to build it into your work.
- You are open to feedback and are comfortable defending your ideas and point of view with clients.
- You understand creative production processes, how to oversee them and give feedback.
- You are passionate about quality and always ensure that your work is executed flawlessly
