Job Summary

You will be working as a Customer Service Assistant for a very successful and fast growing, local family company. The company is primarily an online magazine retailer, with a worldwide and growing customer database.
This position requires a variety of skills and is far from monotonous, working within a small, flexible team in a challenging industry.
The tasks of this role will be varied and fast paced so a flexible and team orientated attitude is key.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Answering customer phone calls
- Maintaining and improving on company reviews left by customers
- Assisting with company's social media accounts
- Checking the website and magazine listings
- Assisting the team whenever needed

Qualifications and Skills

You will also need to be a quick learner, highly organised, have attention to detail, have accurate data handling skills, efficient, flexible and work well within a small team.
This role demands a lot of tasks to be done on a daily basis. A positive and hard working attitude is therefore important for this role.

Lastly, experience or a passion for social media is desirable; you will need to be able to demonstrate ability for implementing the company’s social media strategy by creating social media content, as well as bringing ideas on how to improve the engagement with our valued customers/followers.

Finally, a love of print magazines is always appreciated

**Salary**: £21,500.00 per year
