**My client, a global business, is looking to appoint a Supply Chain Planner for their site based in Bradford. This role can be home based working.**

**Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing high volumes of stock levels including forecasting/analysis of materials and packaging requirements against planned delivery.**

The Supply Chain Logistics function provides the main interface between the company and its supply base in the far East and Europe, building and developing strong relationships and driving process improvements.

As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for securing the supply of a high volume of forecasted products to satisfy customer service and specified inventory and quality levels.

I need you to have some previous experience of working within a Supply Chain environment and ideally will have had exposure to expediting high volumes and products within the Fashion or similar Industry.

This is a busy and varied role where responsibilities include monitoring sales online using the company stock system, tracking shipments from overseas, overseeing stock counts and maintaining reports of purchases and pricing.

A good understanding of merchandising responsibilities including critical path management would be highly advantageous, but training will be given. You will definitely need excellent EXCEL skills.
