There are 15 Watches of Switzerland showrooms across the UK, including dedicated Rolex and Jaeger-LeCoultre boutiques. At each, you'll find the same warm welcome and personal approach, where no question is too hard and no request too much.
Although we can't offer you a glass of champagne here on our website, we hope you feel especially welcome and enjoy browsing our collections. If there's anything we can do to help you as you search for your perfect timepiece, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

**THE ROLE**:
As a Sales Consultant for TAG Heuer, you will play a vital role in assisting the Boutique to deliver their sales targets and achieve their key objectives. Looking to build on your retail and product knowledge you will be a dedicated and committed team player with a passion for delivering excellent client experience ensuring that everyone has an amazing experience in our boutiques.
As a Sales Consultant you will ensure that you are always working in a professional manner; using your excellent interpersonal skills and passion for the brand and business to engage with both clients and colleagues.
Being a role model for TAG Heuer and the Watches of Switzerland Group you will be a committed and dedicated team player, identifying, sharing, and spreading best practise not just in your own Boutique but throughout the wider business.
You will be well presented at all times with a positive “can do” attitude; delivering excellent client experience to everyone that you meet, you will play a key role in the Boutique’s success
You will be accountable for delivery in the following areas:
- Direct selling

Shifts will be on a 4 on 2 off shift pattern. 2 earlies, 2 lates and 2 off, in total 39.2 hours per shift.
Start times in North 03:30 - 13:30 for early shift and 11:30 - 20:30 late shift
Start times in South 04:00 - 14:00, late 13:30 to 21:00
Salary £26k pa plus commission on all sales.
**THE CANDIDATE**:
IMPORTANT: This role is air-side at Gatwick Airport so a full 5-year history, DBS and accreditation check will be required.
Essential Experience and Attributes:
- Retail experience ideally within a luxury or consultative sales environment.
- A proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- A passion for delivering exceptional client experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A people person, able to build rapport with clients.
