Hospitality Supervisor

Job Introduction
Within this role, you will be focusing on delivering the highest quality of food and service along with flair, originality and the ability to make this one of the best school catering offers in the area.
- 5 of 7 days, including occasional weekends
- 30 hours per week
- 38.2 weeks per year based around term time
- 3.76 weeks holiday entitlement
- £12.50 per hour
- Based in a school in Oxfordshire, OX13 6JL

Main Responsibilities
- Support with preparation of the menu, using fresh ingredients and the recipes provided
- Assist the catering manager with food ordering and stock taking
- Ensure food hygiene, Allergen and Health and Safety compliance
- Support the hiring manager with supervision of the team
- Building relationships with client and customers
- Provide friendly and polite customer service
- Previous catering experience
- Experience working within a team
- Food hygiene level 2 (preferred, but not essential as training will be given)
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
