An exciting opportunity has arisen to for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who enjoys viewing properties. If you have vision and imagination and can combine that skill with influencing and helping others, this would be the ideal role for you. The successful applicant will be articulate, confident and possess an excellent telephone manner in addition to having highly developed interpersonal skills. Experience in agency is not essential however experience in a customer facing role will be.

- Visiting properties with potential buyers and tenants
- Registering clients’ requirements
- Meeting and greeting new customers
- Assisting in the search for suitable properties
- Arranging viewings
- Obtaining information from viewings for client feedback
- Office administration

**Salary**:
£11.50 per hour plus car allowance and commission.

**Requirements**:
Every Saturday 9am to 5.30pm based at our Crayford office. Extra days and hours will be available for staff cover when needed.

Owning a car with a clean driving licence is essential for this position and applicants who live locally with knowledge area would be preferred.
