My client is a highly established name based in Peterborough that are growing year on year in the manufacturing sector.
Due to continued growth my client is seeking a HR Administrator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis in Peterborough.
**LOCATION: PETERBOROUGH**
**SALARY: £21,000 - £23,000 (£13p/h - £15p/h)**
**HOURS: 25 HOURS PER WEEK**
My client is happy to offer training and support towards a CIPD Level 3 Qualification.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor sickness and absence and communicate to managers
- Arrange disciplinary meetings and paperwork
- Attend disciplinary meetings and take minutes to support
- Draft outcome letters
- Book in sickness absence meetings
- Support with apprenticeship portals
- Arrange paperwork for apprentices
- Assist with data uploads and reports
This role would highly suit a junior that has had exposure to working in a HR setting or an individual that has experience in HR and is looking to take their first step back into employment
- Exposure to working in a HR role/setting
- Experience working with disciplinary matters
- Strong administrator with the ability to take notes and minutes
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel and Word)
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
