CNC Miller Setting Engineer

Our clients are specialists in ultra high vacuum chambers and equipment. Their main objective is to provide clients with the highest quality in engineering and fabrication of high vacuum and ultra high vacuum chambers and equipment. They boast extensive machine shop facilities with 3, 4 & 5 axis machining, in house machining has grown along side the fabrication facilities to service customers in the vacuum industry, and they are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Miller Setting Engineer to join their team.

The role involves production of interesting small batch work, mostly in stainless steel and aluminium.

You will have relevant skills and experience in:
*VMC Machine Tools 3 & 4 Axis
*Siemens Controls
*CAD/CAM, tool Setters & inspection probe knowledge an advantage.

You also must be able to read engineering drawings and work as a team.

Hours - 40 hours per week

Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm

Friday 8am - 2pm

Salary - £18.00-£19.00 per hour depending on skill set.

22 days holiday plus 1 day per year (max 25 days) and bank holidays. Company Pension Scheme.
