A **Steel Bander** is required for an internationally trading steel company based in Kidderminster.

Duties include;
- Working on the back end of steel machining lines
- Banding up of processed steel (sheet / plate)
- Using manual and air banders
- Visual quality checks of packs
- Labelling up stock ready for dispatch

The position is working mornings and afternoons rotating:
6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm

The role pays 10.62 per hour to begin with whilst working your probationary period through the agency.

Once you've passed your probation, you will qualify for an additional shift allowance, moving your rate up to 11.68. They will also then train you up on further duties, potentially including operating overhead cranes, driving counterbalance FLTs and more.
