The 'Thursday Group' is a vibrant social community created for individuals under the age of 65 who are living with dementia. In partnership with the esteemed Kirklees Dementia Hub and Hoot, a renowned creative arts service, we come together to provide a nurturing and engaging space. As the Group Facilitator, you will be the driving force behind this invaluable initiative. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks to ensure the group's success.
**If you have:
- Experience in group facilitation and community engagement
- An understanding of dementia and a compassionate approach to those affected
- The ability to collaborate effectively with volunteers and partner organisations
- Familiarity with risk assessment and management practices
- Proficient in maintaining accurate records and managing information systems
