Newrest has an exciting career opportunity and is looking for a Dishwash,Equipment & Hygiene Team Leader to support its activities in Manchester. This is to support the Shift Leader in managing the daily operation, taking ownership and accountability for meeting operational objectives and targets. To provide excellent standards of service at all times to maximise client enjoyment of products and to ensure the site and its assets are safe and secure at all Times.

**Reports To**: Dishroom, Equipment & Hygiene Manager

**Location**: Manchester

**Contract**: Permanent

**SALARY**:£12.58PH

Ø Maintain all chemical and equipment stock levels.

Ø Keep track of orders and deliveries.

Ø Lead the Hygiene Team to ensure the completion of hygiene schedules to ensure plant and environment are maintained to a high standard. To do this through the effective deployment of resources, forward planning and continuous improvement.

Ø To ensure the hygiene standards, cleaning procedures, practises and equipment are continually re-evaluated in line with best practise, company guidelines and legislation.

Ø Responsible for ensuring effective communication with regards plant hygiene standards across and between shifts within the teams to ensure optimum performance is achieved.

Ø Be clear about what is expected of the individuals in the team.

Ø Encouraged and promote the values of the company and to comply with the required standards of conduct.

Ø Undertaking a weekly 'deep clean' on each department.

Ø Train and guide the team.

Ø Adhere to Unit safety measures in place.

Ø Adhere to inflight services security compliance.

Ø Adhere to clean as you go standard.

Ø Interact with, colleagues, customers and clients in a professional manner at all times.

Ø Drive, direct and implement unit Corporate, Social, Responsibility initiatives.

Ø Any other duties as requested by your manager.
