4Leisure are currently recruiting Lifeguards on behalf of a luxury leisure facility in the Enfield area. We are looking for a team of Lifeguards seeking employment over the summer months of April - October with both part time and full time contracts available.

The role is to oversee the enjoyment and safety of guests in the outdoor pool, whilst supporting in the daily operation of the leisure facility whilst not on poolside. We are looking for qualified lifeguards who can be mature, assertive and engaging withcustomers and residents using the pool facilities. Whilst maintaining 100% pool safety, excellent customer service skills are required whilst upholding a friendly and positive manor.

Your main duties will include:

- **Supervising the pool at all times**:

- **Adhering to health and safety procedures**:

- **Carrying out rescues when required**:

- **General poolside cleaning**:

- **Reporting to the manager on site**:

- **Enforce rules in and around the pool area**

This role will require a mixture of shifts including early, mid and late with a rotation on weekends. This role is paying 12.30 per hour inclusive of holiday pay, paid weekly
