With a projected turnover surpassing £130 million and a network of depots across London & the Southeast of England, we're disrupting traditional build and methods to deliver safe and sustainable infrastructure projects. We're looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Labourer to be a vital part of our construction team.

As an Labourer, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the exciting Gigaclear build. You'll be hands-on, involved in tasks like excavating and backfilling the ground, performing manual handling with wheelbarrows, ensuring site cleanliness, and taking charge as a banksman for all plant and vehicles. You'll also be ready and willing to assist in any other areas of duty as needed, showcasing your versatility and commitment to our business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with deliveries, ensuring our materials are in the right place at the right time.
- Digging trenches, compacting earth, and backfilling holes with precision and care.
- Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment, showcasing your skill and dedication.
- Following instructions from supervisors, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively and effectively.
- Assisting skilled tradespeople, learning from their expertise while contributing your own talents.
- Performing general labour duties, showing your dedication to getting the job done.
- Maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards on all sites, ensuring safety and organization.
- Driving to various work sites, exploring new locations while fulfilling your responsibilities.
- Recording and reporting inventory levels, helping us stay on top of our materials.
- Communicating with managers, supervisors, and co-workers, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers, showcasing your organizational skills.

- Streetworks ticket: You'll need this qualification to ensure you're equipped for the tasks at hand.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
