**Neighbourhood Assistant**

**£25,000**

**6 month FTC**

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a social housing provider in Stafford for a Neighbourhood Assistant to join their team on a 6 month fixed term basis. The majority of the role will be office/ home working, however, you may need to go out on patchto complete a property inspection on occasion.

**Responsibilities of the Neighbourhood Assistant**:

- Working within the Neighbourhoods Team providing support to Neighbourhood Officers surrounding mutual exchanges
- Managing mutual exchange requests from start to finish
- Providing professional administrative support to Neighbourhood Officers
- Conducting property inspections
- Generating new tenancy agreements
- Managing queries from social housing tenants

**Requirements of the Neighbourhood Assistant**:

- Enhanced DBS (desirable)
- UK Driving License and access to a vehicle
- Knowledge of mutual exchanges (desirable)
- Excellent customer service skills
