An opportunity has arisen for Ward Clerks to be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible individuals with excellent communication and administrative skills to work as part of the team.

To provide a professional and courteous “front of house” service for all staff and visitors utilising the facilities provided by the unit at Lancashire Teaching Hospital, always acting in a professional and courteous manner. Respond to requests for information promptly and efficiently using a variety of communication methods, ensuring that Trust Customer Service standards are adhered to. Ensure information is accurate and meets Trust Standards regarding delivering information.
The wide variety of activities being undertaken by the Trust, mean that responsibilities have to be shared with other members of staff/immediate co-workers. Team working and collaboration are vital, as is a flexible approach to both working duties and hours worked.
