Head of New Property Sales

A national independent not-for-profit property development company who is a member of the Association of Retirement Housing Managers and set apart from other competitors by their prime locations, with handsome buildings, beautifully landscaped grounds andthe personal attention of the estate managers are looking for a Head of new property sales for a new development in Oxfordshire and Essex to continue the growth of over 60 sites.
The purpose is to enable downsizers to still maintain a stylish, secure and independent lifestyle throughout retirement in a luxury apartment and estate.
**MAIN DUTIES:

- To develop and lead a marketing and sales strategy, working with the new sales team to sell new retirement properties.
- To liaise with the company's business partners (marketing companies, PR agencies, media buyers etc.) to deliver the strategy.
- To manage, monitor and supervise the work of the team of sales executives (currently three people).
- To act as front of house and fulfil the sales executive role from time to time, talking to potential buyers and their families, conducting visits around show homes, etc
- To provide appropriate weekly performance information with regards to the level of buyer interest, sales progressions, and other buyer contacts (website hits, phone inquiries, etc.)
- To ensure that sales leads are followed up and progressed, and that buyers are properly handed over to the sales administration function to facilitate exchange and eventual completion. Target of 20 sales per annum.
- To work alongside the resales team to optimise overall Property performance, sharing resources and administration where possible.
- To act as an ambassador for the company, meeting and liaising with senior executives from developers, funders etc.
- Experience and the confidence to engage with internal and external customers in a group setting, including running presentations and providing reports.

As Head of New Property Sales your role is to oversee the two new sites and manage the sale advisors on each site to sell new retirement properties, so you need to have extensive experience in a sales environment creating excitement amongst potential purchasersand ensuring estates are considered aspirational places to live. This is home based with weekly visits to each site, Oxfordshire and Essex. Salary offered is £30k with a realistic OTE of £10k+, paid mileage, life assurance and company pension.
